Virtual Reality

Year 6 have been on a school trip this week with other schools in the USF Federation (Ipplepen and Marldon) to watch a show with a very clear message – it is important to stay safe online. The play focused on being safe online and reinforces the main E-safety principles, along with how to use the internet in a safe and controlled way. The show was fun, interactive and was followed by a discussion.

RE/ Art matching activities

Working together in pairs, Year 6 and Year 5 spent time analysing artwork created by artists, depicting various stories from the bible. Together, they then matched the appropriate artwork to the correct extract… following this, we are going to work on creating our own artwork to depict a story from the bible of our choice.
